Anyone installing EV Charging stations in Oregon (Last 6 months) Recommendations?

Looking for anyone in Oregon who is installing.

What problems have you solved?  Suggestions? Companies?  Hardware?

We are working with PGE on this 112 unit project with about 20 chargers (Type 2, but fighting for 240v above 30A,  48A?

Just digging into EV credits and what Oregon is promoting.
