Looking for advise and contractor/realtor team to house flip in Massachusetts

Hi everyone,

My name is Leo and I'm hoping to get into house flipping in the south coastal area of Massachusetts.  I currently own two, 3-family, rental properties in Middleboro and Lakeville.  It seems like trying to get started and flip your first home is a bit daunting between finding the funding and starting to build a good team for the future.  Does anyone have any good suggestions on agents and contractors in the area with similar interest they could reference?  How about hard money lenders or private investors they could reference?  I'm thinking that foreclosures might be a good place to start looking but please if anyone has some advise I would certainly welcome it!!
