Looking for used appliances

James Hamilton
Posted

Hi all, looking for a good place to pickup a used refrigerator and stove for my first rental property. Any fellow St Louisians know of a good place to pick these up at a reasonable price? Facebook marketplace?

thanks all!

Congrats on your investment, that's awesome!

Honestly, I'd suggest you pick up a clearance fridge from a box store. We used to buy used appliances for our rentals and it ALWAYS turned out to be a huge pain- they didn't last long, lots of maintenance issues, etc. I love checking out the applicance section at Lowes- they always have nice stuff for half price and they'll deliver and hook it up for free, plus you get the manufacturer's warranty.

Will definitely do that! Thanks Corby.
