Looking for Tampa / St. Petersburg Agent

My partner and I have created a well-functioning system and are looking for an agent to work the small multifamily (2-4 unit, <$750k) on-market channel in the Tampa / St. Petersburg area. We are looking for someone who is highly communicative, proactive / a self-starter, and understands creative finance (or wants to learn).

We intend to cultivate a long-term relationship with an agent that is:

• - An agent first and foremost.
• - Comfortable contacting sellers and following up at regular intervals.
• - Able to explain / articulate creative financing to sellers / seller’s agent.
