Looking for Listing Agent - Journal Square Jersey City

Hello! I currently own and rent out a 1B1B in Journal Square, Jersey City NJ in the Brunswick Towers building. Property had a doorman, amenities etc. Unit has full kitchen with dish washer as well as washer/dryer and a parking spot. Building is 12min walk to PATH Trains.

My tenant will be leaving in November '23 - I'm looking for recommendations for an agent in the area to help me list and facilitate search for a new tenant.
