Looking for an investor to buy a family home in Pennsylvania

My girlfriend and her sister own their deceased mothers house in Clearfield, PA. They live in FLorida and are looking to sell it just to get out from under it.

This has the potential of being either a fix and flip or a rental. If interested, I can get you more details.
