Looking for a boots on the ground Real estate agent in the Charleston, WV area

I do house flipping and Creative Finance Real Estate deals.

I buy off-market and list my fix and flips with an agent when I sell.

I am looking for agents who will pull comps for me and take house photos for me for residential 1-4 unit fix and flips.
