Buying SFHs seeking private money

Hello BPers,

looking for private money to fund my goals of purchasing SFHs in Detroit! I have a great process and plan in place that will both secure the private funds and produce great returns for both the lender and me the investor:)

Please only private lenders with liquid cash I’m not looking for any banks or lending institutions that follow a guideline, my deals will not work for these types of lenders thanks
