Hello ALL,

I'll have a ready to go STR in Madison Heights MI. in about a month from now. I am allowing sub-leasing! if anyone is interested in this PM me, House was recently rehabbed in 2021 it has private entrance, washer/dryer on site, all appliances as well! STR averages in area are $100 a night.
