Contact us if you have some experience prospecting for deals and talking directly to sellers.

  • Start and get in quality conversations with off market owners using the telephone dialer, and or your own market medium
  • Prospect for buy opportunities, prequalify sellers, build rapport, follow up.
  • Bring warm seller conversations to the table.
  • Make Real offers and real signed agreements.

1 hour commitment every other day, Remote, virtual, must be independent, consistent, and honest, get on a dialer and start conversations, follow up.

Pay is commission per conversation, turned successful signed agreement, turned successful closing.
