PropTech platform for RE investors

My business partner and I are currently in the process of launching an online subscription based platform and in order to be ensure we are heading in the right direction I’d love to get this community’s feedback. This platform is being built for YOU and I’d therefore appreciate any support we can get by sharing a few short answers in the link below.

Description:

Reyn Realty is a subscription based platform that is currently in the works and is aimed towards investors finding their ideal investment opportunities based on their specific strategy. We will be categorising properties and labelling them according to what the property seems most ideal for e.g auctions, buy-to-let, flipping, house hacking, turnkey, to name of few. This way investors can quickly find properties within their preferred geographical location based on filter settings.

We will also include helpful information on the specific area that the property is located, the estimated ROI, virtual viewings, etc.

Additionally, we will include a networking feature that allows our subscribers to network with like-minded individuals.

The main purpose of the platform is to save investors time by narrowing down their search time in finding the best deals and to connect like-minded people to encourage collaborations with one another.
