Newer investor who wants to be the face of our growth campaign

Outside the box position available: 

I’m a seasoned residential RE investor/owner (~$10m in assets) looking for someone newer to RE who can be the face of our growth enterprise (I’d remain the mentor and silent/money partner), focused on growing our network of LP.

I’m extremely flexible on phenotype and experience level—just want someone who is earnest, enthusiastic, and doesn’t mind diving into social media and other marketing campaigns. I’m also negotiable on comp, including equity stake.

I would NOT expect this person to bring his/her own equity/assets/money into any deals (though also wouldn’t prohibit it).
