CPA and/or Lawyer in Brevard County, Florida

Hi All! I am looking for a new CPA in the Brevard County area. Looking for one who has a better understanding of real estate and short term rentals. Also on the lookout for a lawyer, one who would have knowledge of small business purchases as we plan to buy a few in the coming months. I did a look in the forums but all the posts were a few years old.

Any leads would be greatly appreciated!

You may want to consider a CPA that has specific knowledge in your area of investment over somebody who shares a geographic location.  This is especially true since Florida has no state income tax.

Many CPAs have virtual practices and can help you remotely.
