  1. I am looking to hire for a cosmetic renovation of an 810 sq ft house in Aptos, CA (Santa Cruz county), and convert a single-car garage into either a studio ADU, build a 2-car garage and stack an ADU on top or just do a 2-story ADU. I am also going to add a new bedroom and bathroom to the main house. Please contact me by 1/8/23 if you're interested.
