Looking for a real estate CPA and quotes for cost segregation

Hello BP family!

My husband Ryan and I (Jenifer) live in Saugus, California. This year we started our STR business and purchased 2 properties in Lake Havasu AZ and one in Big Bear, CA. We have formed a LLC but properties were purchased in our names, not the LLC.

We need a CPA that can help us with our 2022 taxes and help optimize our tax strategies. We would also appreciate help with recommendations for cost segregation and feasibility study to make sure it makes sense for us before we purchase the service.
