Join BP pro as an Investor

Hello Everyone! I am Sujal! 

I have recently join as BPpro Member. I want to pitch my requirements to the large group of Agents in order to find best match to achieve my goals for the 2023.
 

Bio: Software engineer - Los Angeles County - Wife (RN) - No running loans - No Debts - Credit Score (Above 750 - for both) 
Interest:  Multifamily: Residential or Commercial, At-least 4 Units (Separate Doors -First Priority, Hose with 4 Beds at least - Second priority) , 5+ units should be fine too, First time home buyer.

Suggestion, Comments & help from the Bigger Pockets community will be appreciated.

Have you thought about investing in Oregon? I have several properties that might appeal to you, and work with a real estate portfolio manager if you want to get in some larger projects and have cash to deploy.
