Non preforming Notes

Hello investors,

I am not versed in selling Notes but I have a broker that has access to a $14M portfolio of Notes at $0.33 on the dollar. The notes are very detailed and are a mix of commercial and residential. Each note comes with appraisal values, demographic info, performance history, and vacancy rates.

I am not collecting a finders fee but wanted to know if this in a good deal? I also wanted to know if there is any other information I should be looking for on the Note?
