Looking for a contractor to build a quad plex.

Hello, I have land i own now in Hillsboro, OR.  I am looking to build quad/4 town houses on it. I am looking for a contractor partner. it will be a  standard lay out of quads...1 car garage, 3 bed, 2.5/3 bath. With an optional half floor on the 3rd.  so each unit could be 1400-2000 SFT max. Can any one give me estimates for vertical cost for quads.
