Hey all, first time posting. I got into real estate about a year ago when I went to a weekend Armando course in Boston focused on Real Estate investing. Since then I have been studying the 'game' of real estate non-stop.I work in the global commercial insurance industry however looking to get out of the 'rat-race' immediately. No friends or family are RE investors, so I am seeking out BP! However I have every intention to teach them all once I do become successful. I am looking to start flipping houses and investing in multi family buy-and-hold opportunities. At this point I need a mentor in the area. I bring a lot of skills to the table and driven to learn and form a partnership that you will not regret. I am looking for a seasoned investor who is currently flipping houses in today's market as well as owns multi family rental units. Someone who markets for the deals no one else sees.
