Buying Foreclosed Properties - Looking for Flippers!

Good morning from Indiana,

I am looking at buying two properties that are in foreclosure near Evansville, IN. Located in affluent suburb Newburgh, 1 home built in 2019 with limited rehab needed and another home needing a lot of work. Both properties together could bring $80-$100k in profit.

Before I buy I am looking for flippers to assign the contracts to. I am using my contacts in the area but wanted to post on this forum as well!
