Looking for a California Licensed Mortgage Broker

A close friend of mine (one of the bigger hard money lenders in the nation) is looking for a CA licensed Mortgage broker, NMLS, DRE licensed. 

This seems to be a very Interesting business opportunity that involves borrowers moving out of his loans into B and C conventional loans.  

Must be a CA licensed  mortgage broker with an NMLS. Approval with various banks is a huge plus as well.
