I know a lot of folks self manage on here, but I started a  Short Term Rental PM company and want practice sending out estimated revenue packages to potential clients! If anyone is interested in a free consultation to go over what their property should be making and wants to provide feedback I'd very much appreciate it :)! Also just stoked to talk shop with y'all!
