HUD class in Northern Colorado?

Is anyone interested in a HUD class in Northern Colorado? I am a HUD listing broker, it would be completely free to anyone who wants to attend. I would go over investor specifics on HUD homes and answer any and all questions. Colorado is also now a buyer select closing state as of 10.28. I will tag some cities to try and notify people if they have key words set up.
