Hey BP Lenders!

I am a new agent looking to get a list of lenders together to help my clients in Southern California with their first time house hacks. Looking specifically rent by the room SFH purchases and also small multi family 1-4 units.

I want to make sure that I am giving my clients the best opportunity to qualify and start investing in a low risk way!
