Looking for real estate investing mentor

Hello,

I just signed up for BP. I’m based out of LA, but can invest anywhere that makes sense. I’m in the process of selling a property in Vegas that is going to give me some cash to reinvest. 
I’m toying with the idea of buying a multi family property either in Houston Las Vegas or Nashville, or a nice condo townhouse or single family home in a location that’s prime for Airbnb. 
I’m new to real estate investing and looking for a mentor. Someone to partner with, or just give me some advice here and there.  Thanks!

Welcome to the community. You should consider investing OOS here in Columbus or Cincinatti. The price to rent ratio makes for great investments. Not to mention our appreciation has been 8% higher then the US national average, because of the high demand for affordable housing. I am always happy to help in any way.
