Looking for lenders in northwestern Pennsylvania

Looking for lenders, preferrably private lenders, but hard money isn't out of the question either, that lends in the northwestern PA area. I've come across a few SFR & Multifamily properties that would be good acquisitions but to secure I need the initial funds. If you lend in this region let me know.
