Looking For Distressed Properties? Look No Further.

I HAVE CODE VIOLATION LEADS AVAILABLE IN MANY AREAS!

Investors have targeted distressed properties for years. Why? Because some of these property owners may be motivated to sell. When a home is in disrepair sometimes the owner will find it better to sell the property "as is". This creates opportunities for investors. We've found that roughly 30% of distressed properties that have been cited with code violations are absentee owner properties as well.

Some properties you will find are vacant. Others are occupied. Some reflect renters trashing the property. Others are owner occupied that are neglecting their own property.

Here are some examples:

  • Open to Entry (vacant homes)
  • Peeling, cracked, blistered paint
  • Junk, trash and debris
  • Roof in disrepair
  • Junk vehicles on property
  • Outside storage (usually non-trash items such as storing junk appliances, tires, junk, etc.)
  • Dangerous buildings (some are in need of repair, others need demolished)
  • Other property issues (structural damages, junk vehicles, out buildings in disrepair and other scenarios)
  • And a host of other issues

Interested? Please let me know and I'll see what might be available in your neck of the woods.
