Looking For Distressed Properties? Potentially Motivated Sellers?

WE HAVE CODE VIOLATION LEADS AVAILABLE IN MANY AREAS!

We locate distressed properties through code violation complaints. These leads identify properties that are in disrepair and distressed situations. Code violations are issued for open and vacant structures, homes with damage and in need of repair and in some cases unsafe structures. Other reasons for code violations are high weeds and grass, trash scattered all over the property, junk vehicles on the property and outbuildings such as detached garages or sheds that are damaged.

Some properties you will find are vacant. Others are occupied. Some reflect renters trashing the property. Others are owner occupied that are neglecting their own property. We've found that in most areas where we offer these leads that a decent portion of the code violation leads should also reflect absentee owners.

Interested? Please let me know and I'll see what might be available in your neck of the woods.
