Hey all,

I understand this is a stretch and a very specific and rare circumstance, but would love any input or referrals. I am looking for a potential seller financing deal on a condo in the Destin, FL or surrounding beaches areas that can be used as a short term rental (without HOA restrictions). If you have any ideas, leads, or references please let me know!
