I am looking for a buy-call manager (follow up acquisitions manager) to talk to owners and put properties under purchase agreement.

We prospect and market to owners of real estate to buy their house in cash, close fast and easy, and decide our exit strategy. We prospect (market) to the human population via text, mail, call, hot air balloon, you name it, etc.

The average person, realtor, and rocket science engineer does not, nor cannot understand what we do. But you do. If you can open up and initiate conversations with strangers, listen to people, build rapport, overcome fear, and think like a smart buyer, then you are the 1% and you are hired.
