We are a startup property management company looking for a designated broker.

Any ideas how we can hire or partner with someone on this?

First, suggest you fill out more of your BiggerPockets profile so members know who you are and feel comfortable leveraging their knowledge & contacts to assist you.

Second, you're best bet is to find a smaller real estate office, or even better, a semi-retired broker. 

Then you have to negotiate compensation and what oversight they expect for risking their license.
