Looking for lender that helps loan to self-employed in TX

Daniel Schafer
Posted

Hi there,

I am looking for a lender that has experience lending to self-employed in TX. This is for a sole proprietor that has been in business for 10 Years. This is for a residential loan not an investment property.

Please let me know if you know of any mortgage company that you would recommend that can lend in Texas.

Much appreciated!

Daniel

Hi @Daniel Schafer - I've got experience working with self-employed borrowers as well as lending in Texas. Luckily for you, qualifying as a self-employed individual just got easier over the past week or so, as the more stringent covid restrictions were finally dropped. Feel free to reach out!
