Waco Property Managers -- Crowdsourcing

Waco is really in the middle of DFW/Austin but I thought it could be useful to do some crowdsourcing for property management companies and share experiences.

I can share to be very cautious around Compass Property Management in Waco, TX.

I've used them for about a year and a half and even brought other investors to their business because things "appeared" to be working out. I'm not local, so I couldn't catch everything. It took some time but realized they are dishonest and their misogyny shows when they you give feedback they don't like.

Any GREAT property managers in Waco, TX?
