@Susan Kim good job spamming BP! You and you're unlicensed teammate @Nick Harbin have done a great job of blowing up my email. You may want to revisit your NMLS test and make sure you understand the rules to post legally. First, you are licensed and did not post your personal NMLS which is against federal law and you can be fined for each post, which based on my email volume is 50 x 10K. Your buddy Nick should be really careful operating as an NMLS loan officer without a license. He is subject to a lifetime ban on becoming an LO. You might want to regroup and figure out a legal strategy for getting the word out.
