Looking for an Investor Friendly General Contractor (Temple TX)

Hey BP! 

I'm a small time investor with a few properties in the Temple/Killeen area. I'm looking to expand my portfolio this coming year by purchasing a few distressed properties (3 bed 1.5 bath) and I'm in need of an investor friendly GC. I'm military and currently stationed at Ft. Bragg, so I will be working remotely with the GC/team throughout the rehab. Recommendations from this community would be greatly appreciated as we are looking to purchase at the beginning of 2022.
