New Investor in the Chicagoland Area interested in partnership

I am just getting into REI; I live in Kendal County. I am leaning towards the BRRRR strategy for SFH or 2-4 multiunit. I hope to find someone who can partner with me to get through the first 1 to 2 three projects together.
