We are looking for someone who has (or wants to gain) experience with talking to owners directly by phone to prequalify owner for selling interest, making an appointment and opening a purchase opportunity. You will be using our dialer, calling cold and or warm leads.

Part time, from home or mobile office. We need your skill in opening up conversations with owners of real estate, building rapport, and nurture that conversation to an appointment or remote purchase offer.

We have the contracts, crew, network, money, and closing experience to buy distressed properties. Were focused mainly Jacksonville Florida, Savannah Georgia, Greenville South Carolina, Raleigh North Carolina and Knoxville, Chattanooga Tennessee.
