I’m looking for commercial real estate (multi family) leads in GA. Anyone know of a broker or someone I could connect with?

Looking for 10+ units; outside the "perimeter" (I-285); C class type; lite value add; preferably 7+ CAP

Thanks in advance. I’m really looking to crack that nut for syndications!
