Accountant in Central Virginia

Posted

Hey guys, I am just looking for a good accountant that can help as I build my real estate portfolio.

I already am in need of an accountant for regular income and taxes. I find myself owing taxes and have found accountants can usually save me more than what they cost.

I bought my first property this year and it is a primary residence/Airbnb. I am not sure what all I can write off and could use some advice. I have not made an LLC yet, but I have made upgrades to the home to make the Airbnb more convenient and to maximize bookings.

I plan on buying a townhome next year and likely another the year after, so I would like to start building a relationship with a good accountant I can grow my portfolio with and someone who can shed some insight of things I can do as I grow to save on taxes.
