Quitclaim Deed question

hi there!

so my sister and i bought a house together in 2003.  she was single at the time.  she moved out in 2005 and subsequently got married.  we never changed the deed since she was on the loan and it seemed to be a pain in the rear.  anyways, the mortgage has been paid off and we want to get her name off of the deed. (we have a good relationship, so no problems there).

my question is that do i need to have her spouse sign the quitclaim deed as well?  he's not on the original deed and he's never lived at this property.  just concerned about Washington state being a community property state.

thanks!
