How would using a SEC Lawyer help me acquire capital to purchase multi family commercial properties (10-20+ unit apartment buildings). How much does it cost to hire a SEC lawyer? PPM contracts? Will the SEC lawyer create an llc or should I have one in place before hiring a SEC lawyer? And how would I go about finding a SEC lawyer? Should I look in town or does it matter if they're out of state?
