LLC's and things to be cautious of?

We have a 2 x 4 person LLC's.

Make sure you have your Operating Agreements looked at by an attorney!

We're going through a "work divorce" and it's quite literally the worst thing I've ever gone through. 

What is the best advice for how to structure OA's?
