ISO a Real Estate savvy tax planner/accountant in NW FL.

I am searching for a new acccountant/tax planner. It is getting old educating my current CPA, having to point out then argue, find the rule to prove my stance. When I meet with my accountant, tax advisor, I want them to know more about real estate and business tax strategies then I do.

Does anyone recommend an agency for a relatively small, for now, investor?

I just know I'm going to be writing a big check again this year I'd I don't get better advice before the end of the year.
