Pre tax foreclosure bankruptcy

I’m currently looking into a property that is in pre tax foreclosure, but the hang up I am running into is the current owner had filled bankruptcy. Although the taxes haven’t been paid since 2016 how do you think I should go about trying to purchase this property? I’d obviously prefer to purchase it right from the court house given the taxes owed are very low but who knows how long that would take. Any recommendations? Thank you in advance!
