City and County tax, where are they found?

I am working with a Hedge fund in wholesaling a property, and they want to know what the taxes were on the property. I told them what was on public record (from Zillow), and now they would like to know if that number includes city and county taxes. Is anyone familiar with Zillow's tax history data and knows if that number accounts for city AND county taxes. And if it dose not where can both be found, thank you! - Jordan
