Hello all,

Im trying to help my parents with their real estate portfolio and they are in major need of a cpa with real estate experience as well as an attorney.

Over the past 30 years they’ve accumulated 18 rental units but they have been running their business as a total mom and pop shop. I’m trying to set their business with the proper tax and legal protection. We are in Central California and I would greatly appreciate any recommendations or referrals.
