California CPA / Accountant / Attorney Referrals

Hi BP Community,

There have been multiple posts already where people have been asking for referrals but a lot of people tend to private message them rather than posting them on the thread. I respect the privacy but I am now in a position where I am in need of those referrals and would greatly appreciate them!

I'm currently in a situation where I have a deal in Missouri for a commercial real estate property but I am based in California. Haven't pulled the trigger yet because my plan is to put this under an LLC and get a commercial loan on it. What makes it difficult for me is that I plan on doing this with my partner so we aren't sure how the LLC is going to look like with two people. We are also both on W-2s and very recently had a positive change in our incomes. At the same time though we are thinking of acquiring a personal property here in California. So I have a bunch of wheels turning all at the same time and could use some assistance in planning how this is going to look like.

What services I am looking for would be LLC forming and tax planning / prep (on both business and personal side). Ideally looking for someone who is more familiar with out of state investing and can have a long term relationship with. Unsure if it is important that you're based in California but might be a preference I have not discovered yet.

I'm currently and plan to stay in the East Bay Area of California.

I have some people in my network who are similarly in the same boat and looking for someone to assist them as well. Would be happy to pass your referrals to them as well with your permission.

Thank you in advance for taking the time to read through all this and assisting me :)
