Personal sale & Assignment contract with Inspection Contingency

Hey guys, I’m a new to this and would really like it if someone could send me a personal sale contract and assignment contract. I also would like it to have something along the lines of an inspection contingency in it so I could get out of a deal if need be. Thank you, and let me know if the contract you send has it or not.
