REI CPA with wealth planning experience needed.

I own a couple rental properties, a franchise business, and hold a full time job. I would like CPA help maximizing my income and tax returns.  I am in the Central Florida area but willing to work remotely with the right CPA. I have talked to 4 recommended CPAs in the last 2 days, none are accepting new clients.

It's important to me to have a REI CPA with experience in wealth planning and financial advice.
