Asset Protection for Florida

FL Asset protection help!

Hi, we are about to start leasing to tenants and have yet to implement an asset protection plan. We plan to put our properties into a trust, but want to put the trust into an LLC. Anderson Advisers, which ultimately creates an umbrella LLC in Wyoming, was recommended to us and seems way too pricey at this time. Does anyone have specific recommendations for limiting liability for FL properties?

Thanks!

I've registered three LLCs in Wyoming. Takes 15 minutes, $250, and that's for the bank documents, Tax ID, and everything else you need. Donut yourself and save your money for more difficult things.
